DO NOT GO COSTUMER SERVICE IS THE WORST OWNERS ARE FOWL MOUTHED PIGS. TELLING ME AND MY WIFE TO F--K OFF HAD A PROBLEM WITH THERE REPAIR JOB TRIED TO BLAME US. Dishonest and Poor Customer Service 4/2/2012

Took a 3 month old Itouch in to replace a cracked screen only. They broke the itouch all together and refused to replace it with a new one. They only offered to replace it with a refurbished one that was no telling how old. Very poor craftsmanship with even poorer customer service. Buyers beware!! more
