Foster-Premier Inc

I have the unfortunate luck of having Foster Premier as my management company twice. The first was in Windham Cove town homes in Crystal Lake, IL and now in Apple Creek Estates in Woodstock, IL. They collect your eagerly collect your money for association fees, but are NEVER in your community making sure people are following the rules and regulations, i.e. incorrect fences, window unit air conditioners and storing garbage cans outside, and this is just to name a few. You think you have a management company to keep your neighborhood looking nice, inviting for others to buy into, or move to, but with Foster Premier, you pay and receive NOTHING. Oh before I forget, you call and they do not follow up! Cons: They do nothing that you pay them to do! more

do not return phone calls, not fair with the residents some ones get away with what ever they want and some are restricted, do not clean the bike pad in the winter time they just don't care they only care about the money. Cons: bad service more
