I was having issues with my VW Jetta and took it into the dealership to get checked for problems. After they had my car a whole day, they determined nothing was wrong with it. I immediately started asking around to friends and family for a mechanic they trusted to get a 2nd opinion. I was referred to Forever Transmissions Repair by a neighbor and will be forever grateful! Over the phone, the manager, Tom, was able to describe to me exactly what the problem was with my car (without me even having to go into detail about it). He explained its a very common issue and assured me that they would be able to fix it and get it covered by my extended warranty insurance. I made an appointment to drop my car off and have the fix it. They handled all of the insurance paperwork for me and kept me updated on the repairs of my vehicle which now runs terrific! This is the best mechanic I've ever gone to and they are full of helpful knowledge (and pretty affordable compared to other mechanics in Las Vegas).
