DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! Barry came right out to our new home and was very friendly and helpful. The price was well below the 3 other quotes I got. Install was good as well. But that is where all the trouble started. Within the first 6 months, the cheap valance clips started to brake. I literally had 3 valances FALL OFF THE WALL within the first year. I tried calling the company MULTIPLE times to request replacement clips. I was promised replacements in the mail but they never showed. I was promised a service visit on a Saturday and they never showed. I am still trying to get replacement clips. Then, after just 13 months, one of the blinds completely broke. Again, I set up a service call and they never showed up! I'm losing countless hours and days trying to contact and waiting around for this company. I'm starting to think that there is a reason why they were SO much cheaper than the rest. I guess you get what you pay for. Forget any type of warrenty Barry tells you about because I have not been able to get any type of service now that the order is paid in full. They dont back their product. Look elsewhere or pay a little more money to avoid the headache in the future.\r \r more

This company is not what it lets on to be. They will sell you product and give you estimated dates, then you receive the product it is under rated and not on time. I had to wait 13 weeks for drapery that was promised in 6 weeks. I also replaced metal mini blinds with their metal mini blinds and the meterial is very poor the blinds bend so easily, the turn rods are too short. more
