I went to see a urologist regarding my incontinence and urge and they wanted to rush into the surgical placement of a bladder sling, I did not think that I needed a sling yet and was frustrated with how pushy they became, they even sent a financial counsellor in to start making payment arraignment. Two months ago, I went to see Dr. Dunn and she took time to listen, ran some tests and we decided together that physical therapy for my pelvic floor may be the best approach. I?m done with my physical therapy and am so happy that I don?t have to live with the urge and embarrassment of leaking. I have no regrets about not having a sling placed and highly recommend Dr. Dunn.
