I used this company for a clog in our sewer line. They came out and unclogged the line and charged us $400. Then a week later the toilet would not flush again, they came out and ""unclogged"" it again. They charged me an additional $150 for that call which lasted a total of 20 minutes and the toilet still does not flush properly. I then called to speak about this additional bill to fix a toilet I just paid $400 to fix the previous week, and the ""gentleman"" on the phone proceeded to yell at me. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever received!!! Do not use this company!!!
