Florida International Museum (FIM) has become one of Florida’s premier cultural attractions, having hosted over 2.5 million visitors from all 50 states and over 100 countries since it opened in 1995. The museum is a not-for-profit organization, dedicated to providing educational, cultural and historical exhibitions. To date, over 700,000 school children have toured the museum. In 1999, the museum opened year-round for the first time with a collection of artifacts from the late President John F. Kennedy, his family and others surrounding the Kennedy clan. Ticket Prices General Admission $ 10 Adult $ 8 Senior 65+/Military $ 5 Youth ages 6 - 18/College Student Museum Hours - Closed Monday (except during seasonal exhibits - call for exact dates) Tuesday - Saturday 10 am to 5 pm Sunday - 12 noon to 5 pm Last entry is 1 hour prior to closing. Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve Museum closes at 2 pm, last entry at 1 pm Open daily except New Year's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day more
