I was cooking a new recipe when the pan went on fire! I tried to pull the pan away from the wall, but the smoke got really strong and sent off the sprinklers! My entire apartment got wet! It was unbelievable but terrible! Anyway, Flood Control came to clean up the water and dry out my apartment. They were able to come over the same day, and so I didn't get any mold luckily. I was afraid that things would start to smell too, but they didn't because Flood Control is really good and thorough and gets the job done right. Thanks so much guys!
