i generally dislike this store because you cant sell your games for much and the games they sell are usually overpriced. i might go there as a last resort just in case they happen...

This place is the worst. i have been taking my things in and selling cd's,games,movies,and records. I always knew i was getting the short end of the stick but i never realized how short until i found another record store that offered me double the amount that i had recieved. woodward and 12 mile solo tapes and records and 9 mile and woodward the record collector is where you must go instead of this place. I strongly dislike scammers and dishonest people. If you find yourself in this overpriced dump leave. Pros: null Cons: null more

ok store due to proximity 7/21/2009

i generally dislike this store because you cant sell your games for much and the games they sell are usually overpriced. i might go there as a last resort just in case they happen to be selling the game im looking for, for a low price, though i wouldnt count on it. Pros: close by, wide selection Cons: expensive more

Worst shopping experience ever 11/15/2008

I recently purchased a "refurbished" PS2 at this store. When I unpacked it I noticed it was extremely dirty, outside and inside. Then I went to plug it in and the chords to the TV were missing. I went back and they gave me the chords, but then I realized the jack in the back of the unit was messed up, totally useless. I went back again and the employee informed me that this was a defective system that shouldn't have been sold, SORRY. Oh, and they didn't have any working ones in stock. But then they wouldn't give me a refund!! The store "manager" came over and informed me they didn't give cash refunds, SORRY. They would call me when they got another one in (whenever that is) and I could use the "credit slip" they gave me for the totally useless one to purchase another "refurbished" system. After nearly getting into a fight with the totally unreasonable "manager" I finally got my money back. Great For Record Enthusiasts! 10/13/2007

The shop is average. Its selection is quite impressive, at least when it comes to old records. However, the selection of newer games is poor. They claim they have an excellent selection of games...and you enter the shop only to find a N 64 collecting dust. The staff is friendly though, and if you are not looking for video games, the store's selection of records and associated memorabilia is excellent! more
