Flangas Law Office

Total rip off scam!! We gave Atorney Loan Solutions $10,000.00 for a loan modification and debt reconciliation. We personally got a deal from our mortgage company without their help and they did being late on payments NOTHING to pay off our debt for credit cards and loans. Everytime we got notices from companies about being late on payments we would refer them to ALS. I went to their office many times with paperwork thinking that they were using the money we gave them to pay our debt. After a year of late notices we got suspicious because they kept putting us off and changing personnel. We confronted them and they told us that they were cancelling our account unless we gave them $5000.00! We argued that they did nothing for us in a year. We reported them to the Better Business Bureau and they did nothing about it except send them our complaint. We got a nasty reply from ALS. I sent the Bureau a reply to their email and it was promptly dropped. I have no faith in the Bureau. This has led to us re-negotiating with all the companies that we owed. We went to a lawyer to sue ALS but they wanted $5000.00 up front. Yeah like we had that kind of money! During this time my wife got laid off and we almost lost everything but we survived. I would love to sue the hell out of these people. They caused many problems for us. Anybody have any suggestions? I want justice and my money back PLUS money to pay off my creditors! I want our voice heard! more

Peter Flangas was listed with this company as was Leo Flangas. We wrote several letters to Leo Flangas asking for assistance in the refund of our money. We spoke to Peter Flangas in the office which is now closed and received the standard our accounting office is looking into it. How many people were taken advantage of by these people under the guise of Attorney Loan Negotiations? Perhaps if we all united it would be a large breach of contract suit. more

I was a customer, paid them in full, my house in FORECLOSURE, filled 5/9/11, the following people at attorney loan negotiations worked my case: JUDITH JOHNSON , LICENSE # 3358, LISA HAWKES, DANIEL ELKIN, and leo flangas was there on one of my many, many visit. **THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM, owner is a SCUM. Las Vegas is definitely, not a good place to live. more
