No more stress 2/20/2012

It's really hard to work in a restaurant and not get paid for any overtime. The owner of the restaurant I worked in kept telling me I would get my money 'next week'. After months of waiting I still didn't receive any OT payments. I was fed up with all of it and I hired Fitapelli & Schaffer. The best decision I have ever made! I don't know a lot about legal things, but they made me feel so comfortable. The communication was great! I never had to contact them to ask for a status update, they would always let me know right away. I recommend Fitapelli & Schaffer to anyone who needs help in similar situations, they will help you! more

Best decision ever! 1/18/2012

I am so grateful I found FS lawfirm! FS lawfirm has supported me amazingly in so many ways. Very helpful 12/13/2011

A couple of co-workers and I got sick of working OT and not getting paid for it in a restaurant. A friend advised us to file a lawsuit and hire Fitapelli & Schaffer as our lawyers, and I can't emphasize enough how great of an advice it was. We won the case, making more than the money we earned, but what is great about them is that they always seemed to be on the top of our case, always taking time to answer our questions, even though we were uneducated in terms of legal stuff. They are completely devoted to their clients, and it is very re-insuring when you're facing this kind of stressful process. We're very grateful to them! more

definitely helped me 7/11/2011

After contacting this firm with a few questions, I realized that my employer did not follow New York wage laws. I had to work after clocking out and I was never paid. Even when I performed extra work on the clock, they never compensated me for overtime. The lawyers told me that I had a case, so I followed their advice and brought charges against my employer. My lawyers walked me through every step of the case and made sure that I received the damages I was owed. I was worried about suing my former employer, but my lawyers reassured me and now I?m so glad I did. I finally got the money my employer had been withholding for customers leaving without paying, things breaking, and minor mistakes. Really easy to use website and allowed for a free consultation. I was pretty sure that there was discrimination taking place in my office but wasn't sure if or what there was to do about it. During the consultation they explained everything to me and started a case and we won. I really am so thankful for them. more

The duties for my previous job was really heavy, and worked overtime was very common in company. However I was the only one who did not get extra compensation in the company, and my boss never mentioned about it. I guessed it because I was the only Asian in company. Life savers 5/19/2009

I was in deep trouble with my job and my finances. I was almost ready to give up and then I went to F&S and they completely saved my life.
