Fishin' Hole

I cannot imagine how they stay in busiiness. I have purchased 2 boats from them and cannot get a single part ordered from them. They are incredibly incompetent and the managers do nothing but add to the layers of complexity and incompetence. Will never do anything with them again. more

I just bought a 30 year old Basscat from my brother and needed advice and parts. After calling 6 other locatiins, I got thw help I needed at a price much less than the other shops. I am a shade tree mechanic and have been for 40 years. I have never worked on marine products. The guys at the shop gave me 25 minutes of similarities and differences. When I got home, their first suggestion fixed a 3 year issue for starting the boat the first time you hit the key. They could have just said bring it in. more

When we needed to get our ski boat winterized last winter, we left it until the last possible moment and then had to scramble to find someone who would do it immediately. I called every boat facility in the St. Louis area and the Fishin' Hole was the only company that would squeeze us in. As they said, they know that people need this service during the fall and they always have time for their customers. I was able to get my boat in immediately and they fogged the engine, stablized the fuel and made sure that all of the fluids were at the proper levels for winter. After changing the oil, the boat was good to go and safe for the winter. By squeezing us in when no one else would even talk to us, the Fishin' Hole guaranteed themselves repeat customers. more
