I took my vehicle in for an oil change. I found that they were higher priced than other shops. I still needed an oil change so I had them do it. When I got the vehicle home I noticed the oil cap gone. I called them right away they said they did not have it. I have to go purchase the oil cap myself. They did not offer to reimburse for the cap and when I asked they said they would not. I would not recommend them to any one. more

We have purchased tires from Firestone many times over the years and always found them to be good quality tires at a fair price. We have also had basic automobile repairs done here without problem. (such as brakes) more
