I showed up because my fan belt broke and it was the closest to my house and my car was on the verge of over heating. I stepped out of my car and hardly got the time of day. One man shouted across the bay, from the looks of it he didn?t want to move from the conversation he was having with the other mechanics, so I started walking towards him to have a normal conversation about my car being broken he told me that I would have to walk around the building before we could talk. Ok so don?t go into the work space where nobodies walking, I understand that. So I walk in and we talk and I go home waiting for a phone call that never came. 4 hours later I show up and they had not started my car, and all the bays are still empty. Took it some where else it was done in 15 min. (oh did I mention I have never had a problem until I got my oil changed less then 50 miles before my belt broke)
