Shorty after they installed the fireplace we bought from them (we spent over $3000), the fan died, they came out to fix but fried the wiring. We are replacing our 6th fan this year (2010) since buying the fireplace nine years ago. They dropped us as a customer and refused to help anymore after they damaged the wiring in our unit. We complained to the BBB and the FirePlace refused to even repsond to the BBB. Stay clear.? Cons: Horrible customer service more
