2009 Corvette Purchase 8/19/2008

Just recently we purchased a 2009 Corvette. Our salesman (Frank) was well versed about the Vette. We haggled for more than a week before the Ferman gave us a fair /reasonable dollar for our Vette . Initially they offered almost $5k less than what we settled for. The car we wanted had polished wheels instead of the shiney chromes I wanted. The Vette manager then suggested that we purchase brand new wheels from a On-line distributor.That's why anyone would buy a car just to replace the brand new ones the car came with. Then he tried to GOUGE us $4k for trading a set of wheels from another car.I know the numbers. I recently put new tires and wheels on my Vette for $2k Well that episode passed. While signing the papers for the $60k Vette I asked for a bottle of touch-up paint. The salesman then piped up that was going to cost me another $40.00. Sorry Frank! I didn't just fall off the boat yesterday.Paint actually cost $20.00. It seemed that Ferman was watching every last penny. They could more

Great customer service 10/15/2007

I was highly impressed by Ferman chevy NO PRESSURE SALES ENVIROMENT which is a huge deal for us we went several places where we felt pressured pushed around or ignored and this was the only dealer that went way out of the way to make us happy (by the way avoid courtsey on sr 60 there aweful ) Jeremy was our sales person and I would go back in a heartbeat and refer anone i knew there very pleased will become a lifetime customer :) Pros: fast helpful polite service Cons: no free stuff (ballons for kids, hats,drinks,keychains???) more

My husband and I went to Ferman with the notion of purchasing a new car. Mike wasable to discuss with us our needs and desires and filled the bill the first time. We looked at 1 car and purchased it. Took a few hours. Wonderful and well-trained staff. more
