I was eating dinner in Fenton when My husband and I were discussing where to take my care for a minor dent, from a shopping cart. The waiter said he brother worked for this company and to give them a shot. Well needless to say, after getting an estimate 3 times higher than anyone else, I did not do business with them. They were very rude to me and also seemed not to have any organization. more

NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN!!! 8/23/2005

Recently my car was involved in an accident and our insurance company had the vehicle towed to this reapir shop. They received my car on a Friday morning and said it would be done by Monday or Tuesday of the following week. Not only are they rude they also don't know how to tell time, be honest or do something within a reasonable time frame it took them just under 3 weeks to finish the estimate. They were blaming the engine shop but after investigation it was this location that kept dropping the ball. Plus can you say overpriced there was very little cosmetic damage but they managed to get it to $5000 including a not needed windshield. I would run not walk away from them and will NEVER deal with them again. They also made me wait with my infant son for over a half hour to take off the plate on the car when they were called when they opened so it would be ready. DON'T GO HERE. more
