I have been going to Feline for 5 years now and I cannot say better things about it. All services are top of the line. THe facility is gorgeous, spacious and clean. The staff are all friendly and courteous. They watch out for your best interest and hope to make you relaxed and happy. I would recommend their electrolysis, waxing, facials and massages to ANYONE! I have been a patron of Feline Day Spa for the past 3 years and have never had a poor experience. The staff is friendly and efficient never making me feel rushed yet not making me wait. i was at feline day spa last week for several services. even though i ran really late for one of my appointments, they did not rush me. everywhere i looked there was a staff member with a smile. the spa was lovely and smelled of aromatic oils which smelled wonderful. my services where fantastic and so was the price. i wish i could spend the weekend there. Hidden Gem 10/19/2003

This is a very pleasant spa environment tucked onto a side street on the West Side. I had an excellent massage which combined Swedish and deep tissue with helpful advice about posture, etc. for back problems. I'd go back for a facial. Prices are pretty reasonable. more

Feline Spa is an oasis on the Upper Westside. It's so nice to have a first rate spa in my own neighborhood that is relatively undiscovered by the masses. The services are pricey, but still less expensive than some of the better known hip, power spas. The aestheticians are excellent, I've always been extremely pleased with each of the treatments I've gotten. You can tell that Feline takes care to hire only the best. Feline is a gem. It offers exceptional spa treatments and great service in a very low-key and relaxing atmosphere. Once inside, you would never know you are in the heart of the Upper West Side. The massages are superb. The whole Feline experience leaves you refreshed, renewed, and invigorated all at once. Great Facial, Questionable Management 10/12/2003

I had a 60 minute facial on Saturday; the treatment was great. However, there was massive construction going on in the building next door - the experience was from from relaxing. I find it unacceptable that a spa that charges so much for a "relaxing" experience, fails to mention that you will be hearing drilling and hammering for the greater portion of the hour. When I politely asked how long it had been going on, the woman who gladly took my credit card for $140 did not look at me, say a word or much less apologize. So... although the facial was ok, there are far more accommodating places in NYC that I would recommend first. more

Most Relaxing Pedicure! 10/10/2003

I had a pedicure for the first time at Feline a few weeks ago - and I will never go anywhere else again! The service was perfect - with an amazing attention and detail! I have probably been to at least 40 spas in the past 7 years (which explains my depleted saving acct.), searching for that magical place where every service is offered, the atmosphere is truly relaxing, the staff is courteous and skilled, and I can truly get away from my hectic life. TaDa!!!!!! Feline Day Spa offers it all, from manicures,electrolysis, facials and massages to great product lines and comfy robes. My search is over! Whether you live uptown, downtown, east or west it is worth the trip to Feline for a professional and relaxing spa experience. I've been a customer for over five years and have enjoyed top notch manicures, massages, pedicures, and facials. There is never a long wait and the spa is sparking clean. I have enjoyed the consistently good pedicures here, and will continue to come back for them. I had the best waxing ever from one beautician, but also had a rushed, somewhat sloppy waxing from another person. The two massages I had were disappointing. Overall, I think the spa is a nice addition to our neighborhood services, but you should get a personal recommendation for specific beauticians to make sure you will get the best treatment. more
