Great Spa in NYC! 7/11/2005

This was the only spa with a variety of packages - I could actually find one I wanted. Other spas always include something like a pedicure and if you simply want massage and facial or body wraps you are out of luck. Feline offers a good variety of packages. Their prices are very competitive. The location is also great, in the city but not too tough to find parking and there are quite a few good restaurants closeby. Gift Card Delight 7/7/2005

For an end of the school year present, I was given a gift card for a 30 minute massage to help with the stress of finals. I had never heard of Feline's and ended up saving my gift card for a rainy day (after all, I go to a music conservatory- finals aren't that complex). Recently I've been having some back problems and made an appointment to have my massage. Turns out 30 minutes wasn't enough and as I was on the table I changed my appointment to a full HOUR! I enjoyed every minute of it, feel much better now and was given some helpful tips to stay healthy. I would recommend this spa to everyone, but then my new favorite place would never have room for me! more

Good quality facials and mani and ped without attitude or fuss. Some aestheticians are bent on pushing the product. However, I found one who does not do that and now totally loyal to her. Pros: Professional, clean, effective Cons: A bit expensive more

I would highly recommend this spa. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing and the service is excellent. you feel relaxed from the minute you walk in and the entire package of the place and services is excellent. This affordable, yet exclusive feeling salon is unbelievable. The women who work there are soothing, warm and great at what they do. I love them for manicures, pedicures, waxing, facials. my massage appt. 7/1/2005

I was the last appt. of the day and I felt the reception was cold and aloof. Afterward she asked me to pay but there was no, "How was your massage?", "Thank you" or any personal communication, just the payment and silence. I didn't feel like you'd expect to feel from the staff. But the facilities were clean, pleasant and well stocked. After moving to NYC a year ago, I spent months checking out different spas but was never too impressed. Then I came across Feline, and now I wouldn't go anywhere else! The atmosphere is very soothing and comfortable. The women who work at the desk are always friendly and are speedy at checking you in and out, which is something I especially value. All of the people who have provided my treatments have been exceptional! Truly, I can't even recommend one person over the other because they are all excellent! And the BEST Brazilian waxes I've ever had in my life- I hardly feel a thing! more

The Perfect Place for Teenage Facials 6/28/2005

Feline's is fabulous for mothers and daughters. I've been coming to Feline Day Spa for many years, and I can attest to their excellent service. When my 11-year-old daughter was plagued by a stubborn case of acne, she felt very self-conscious and was even made fun of at school for her troubled complexion. When I suggested Feline's, she resisted, but Donna quickly put her at ease with a 45-minute Teenage Facial designed for anxious adolescents. i had a basic deep cleansing facial that was the best experience. the woman knew what she was doing, made me feel very relaxed, and explained how i should be treating/maintaining my skin. the hour i spent in the room went by too quickly. i left feeling like my skin was glowing. i would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely go back. Feline's massages are by far the best I've had in the city; the massages are among the few things that can really take you away from the everyday stresses of life. Their therapists are professional and accommodating. I really like the selection of skincare and beauty products also. I can't wait to try out all the herbal wraps and facial treatments they offer.
