When is absolutely positively has to be there...they get it there. I have shipped loads of stuff thru fedex and I can honestly say 49 outta 50 times it is a perfect service. I go to the fedex location by the airport to have it go one less step for the possiblities that it will get left behind at one of the other locations.. I find that the staff (Mayda) is delightful and entertaining. Although they work hard...they seem to maintain a happy attitude. I know when I need help with packing or a package I can't locate, Mayda is there to find it.
I love tracking every move my package makes so that I am able to let the receiver know too. I ship by the post office but sometimes I wait for that confirmed info that just doesn't seem to register often. thank goodness my customers tell me that it has been received or I would have problems.
