My Nissan was hit from behind.  FCC was recommended by the Nissan dealership.  I dropped off my  car with them and was surprised to learn that they would give me a ride home.  The service was amazing.  I told them I was going out of the country for a few weeks, and contact me through email for the estimates and repair updates.  Raul handled my case, and he emailed me a several times to provide updates while I was on my trip.  
When I picked up my car, the car was in perfect shape with one little spot that was missed on the lift-gate.  Raul immediately scheduled for me to drop off the car another day.  This time, I asked to use a rental car.  FCC paid for the rental when my car was in their shop.   When I picked up the car again, it was perfect and CLEANED (inside/outside).
The customer service was professional and considerate.   Not to mention the perfect repair job.  The thoughtfulness of washing the car and rental car really made it a plus to go there
