The service was great they came out in a timely matter. The 2 guys were very through and they were very honest with their opinion. Explain the cost very clear and explain the cost breakdown. Very friendly! I would call them again if I need their service. PG and E referred them to me. more

Excellent Service 11/30/2011

I contacted Fast Water Heater Co to have my water heater stand replaced. The installer (Donny) arrived as scheduled. He swapped out the stand and all looked professional. He even cleaned up the mess before leaving. I have used this company before and found them to do very good work at a fair price. I highly recommend them. more

Taking tepid baths just wasn't working anymore so I decided it was time to replace the 20+ year old water heater. Fast Water Heater did the trick. They were quick, efficient, professional, reasonable priced and took the dread out of the situation. Ian was great and cleaned up everything afterward, including the dead mouse he found behind the old tank. Great job! more

Would reccommend 10/31/2011

Always stressful when appliances are not working, especially water tank. We had several quotes where outside of our budget. We called Fast Water Company and they gave a very reasonable quote, brought our tank up code. The installer Kevin was very knowledeable and answered all our questions. more

Every aspect of my experience with Fast Water Heater Company was handled smoothly and efficiently, from my first call for information and scheduling until the completion of the installation. The installer was highly experienced, fast and efficient - but not rushed. I needed to approve several upgrades in order to meet new codes, and the installer explained these clearly. He was careful in handling the old and new water heaters so that they did no damage to the wood floors or closet doors where the water heater was installed. more

quick and dependable 10/22/2011

The crew at Fast installed a tankless water heater fro me at the end of 2011 and did a great job. When the unit started making odd noises, they made two visits to my house, consulted an engineer at the manufacturer and did it all at times that were convenient to me. The noise has gone away, but they're insistent that the manufacturer replace one part to make sure the problem doesn't happen again, and have been working on getting the part. They really take care of their customers. more

Call back to address a pipe that was leaking over a newly installed water heater. Company representatives were very prompt in addressing concern and technician came out next day to fix the pipe. Technician professional; excellent workmanship and attention to detail; clean up complete; very courteous. Would not hesitate to recommend this company. more
