Review content:
The crew at Fast installed a tankless water heater fro me at the end of 2011 and did a great job. When the unit started making odd noises, they made two visits to my house, consulted an engineer at the manufacturer and did it all at times that were convenient to me. The noise has gone away, but they're insistent that the manufacturer replace one part to make sure the problem doesn't happen again, and have been working on getting the part. They really take care of their customers.
