I recently took in my truck to Fast Lane Automotive and told them that the exhaust manifold was cracked (this is what a different shop had said was wrong) and I wanted it replaced. 30mins later they called me back and said the problem was actually just a small tube that had rusted out and the whole repair would be less than half of the original estimate. They could have easily done what I asked and made more money but instead they went out of their way to save me a lot of cash. more

Every time I am at Fast Lane Automotive, I am reminded that there are honest mechanics out there, and they are by far the best people to take my car to. They always explain the problem and tell me what really needs fixing, and what can wait. Glad to support an outstanding local business. more

I have been using Fast Lane Automotive for the past 4 years. I first took my Ford Ranger there when it was having some problems with the air conditioner. It would be cold as ice one moment, and then switch and it would feel like I was sitting on the surface of the sun. They fixed that in a jiffy and I always come back with all my maintenance issues now. I even have my daughter going there for her car troubles now too. more

It is essential to give a reason to your customers to come back to you in this day and age. A big thanks to Fast Lane because they gave me more knowledge than any other mechanic ever has in relation to my car. They told me about preventative measures I should be taking and how that will reduce costs (and time) in the future. Will come back again, was very impressed. more

Perfection is always a goal and it is something we all try to achieve, I just appreciate everyone at Fast Lane working so hard to reach that goal. When we first moved here Tim provided the most courteous and fair service that I have ever received from a mechanic, especially since we needed a new engine at the time and had just rolled into town. His service is fast and reasonably priced and I trust him with all my vehicles especially the vehicles my kids drive. more
