I gave them many chances to make it right After an estimate that he could lowball a competitors' estimate for $3400 work for $2800, he did not do all the listed work, then charged me $600 more for work done totally without permission (or to fix what was not right the first time), did shoddy work, broke multiple things that were not broken when I dropped it off, had my car for months at a time, only returned dozens of phone calls once (after promising repeatedly to call) did not let me know my car was NOT ready when they told me it WAS going to be ready (repeatedly), and refused to honor the warranty for two of the primary and most expensive parts when I moved out of state. Many of the ""big"" things he ""fixed"" are no longer working. An absolute nightmare, and I am tempted to get legal counsel involved. I would say I got what I paid for, but that would be overly generous. They have a high turnover in their office. . . no wonder. P.S. They are now on Wyoming. If you are military, skip this place.
