Fair fast and reasonable. Did a Dodge 2500 for me 500 less than anyone else quoted. Will use again. more

I have 100% confidence that every time I come in the work will be done to my satisfaction. Perfection is always a goal and it is something we all try to achieve, I just appreciate everyone at Fast Lane working so hard to reach that goal. They come as close as you can get to being perfect and that's why I will continue using them, can't get this kind of service at other places I've been to. more

Terrible experience 12/28/2010

I gave them many chances to make it right After an estimate that he could lowball a competitors' estimate for $3400 work for $2800, he did not do all the listed work, then charged me $600 more for work done totally without permission (or to fix what was not right the first time), did shoddy work, broke multiple things that were not broken when I dropped it off, had my car for months at a time, only returned dozens of phone calls once (after promising repeatedly to call) did not let me know my car was NOT ready when they told me it WAS going to be ready (repeatedly), and refused to honor the warranty for two of the primary and most expensive parts when I moved out of state. Many of the ""big"" things he ""fixed"" are no longer working. An absolute nightmare, and I am tempted to get legal counsel involved. I would say I got what I paid for, but that would be overly generous. They have a high turnover in their office. . . no wonder. P.S. They are now on Wyoming. If you are military, skip this place. more

Excellent... scam artist! 7/12/2007

At least the girl manning the register was friendly. Tim the mechanic was overbearing and rude. The first time I went in they worked with me on financing (very reluctantly) and repaired my transmission in a few days for a decent price which caused me to go back in spite of the attitude I received. When I went back it was to repair my manual driver's side window which had come off its track. Tim kept my car for three days, charged me $400 for parts and labor, then my window fell off its track 6 days later. It's a small business so it's good if you need to negotiate pricing and whatnot, just expect to find new ways to pay for shoddy service! Pros: Like making a deal with the mob. Cons: Like making a deal with the mob. more
