While the price's aren't too bad [$28 for mani/pedi], the quality is not the greatest... I'd much rather pay $35 for the same thing somewhere on Newbury Street and know the polish will last.\r

I saw some of the reviews below complaining about polish chipping within days and thought they were just picky... Until I realized it has happened to me twice now - the only two times I've been. I went in May for a simple manicure for a wedding and noticed it was chipping within about 36 hours. I assumed that since I choose a rather dark color, that it was just more noticeable than normally. Except I went this past Thursday for a mani/pedi and got a pale pink on my fingers [I wanted to look professional for an interview]. The following morning one nail had chipped!! Seriously now, 12 hours later and they're chipping?! Not cool. I don't know if it's the base coat they use or what, but I found the polish could come off in chunks - more peeling than chipping.\r

Also, both times I had the same girl... I don't think she speaks a single word of English. A bit frustrating to communicate with. Usually they at least know the nail lingo - but not her.\r

Spend the extra $7 and go somewhere else...
