I have been going here for the longest time! The workers here are so friendly and they go the extra mile just to make the customer feel at ease. You can do both appointments and walk-ins whatever you really want. I prefer Frances as I've trusted her with all my risky hair adventures though everyone else is wonderful to. She is so sweet, and always delivers what I want. I have had a straight perm (Honestly i don't recommend doing this anywhere, stick to a flat iron) which turned out well until i decided to color my hair myself thus ruining the beautiful perm and my hair at the same time. I have had my hair highlighted three times here and i must say, it is remarkably fitting. I'm not very old but i have many white hairs, So i also have had my hair dyed completely here, which turned out very nice. They also sell a very nice range of products here, and i trust all their advice in what i should use. Their prices for the products are much lower in my opinion compared to other stores and i find it very nice. This salon has a really nice welcoming feeling and it seems pretty awesome how new comers and the usuals all seem to be in a word, accepted? i don't know how to explain it, but the atmosphere and service here is wonderful and I encourage anyone in the area to stop by, or at least get some products! I have been getting my hair cut and colored there for about 5 months. I used to pay over $200 for what I now pay about $80 for. Frances and the rest of the ladies listen to you when you describing what you want, take their time with your hair (so don't be in a rush!) and do a good job.\r Frances taught my teenager daughter how to do a special 'do for a party we were going to out of town. I had a date with my husband and scheduled a session and walked away with my hair in ruins, I would not recommend these people, when I came back they just said I would need to re schedule, when asked if this would be paid they said no Pros: Nice people Cons: The color was all wrong more
