Susan did a wonderful job, as usual. She is very careful and skilled, very attentive, doing her best to make me as comfortable as possible during the procedure. Dr Twitchel is always very thorough for his examination and takes time to explain what the situation is, telling exactly what treatment to expect and at what point it should be taken care of without being "pushy" and I trust him. In my opinion,trust is the most important feature in the relationship between dentist (or doctor) and patient. The whole staff is very welcoming.
