It's isn't every day that you encounter a business that actually stands by their motto. If we all lived in Perfect, (pick your state), USA, this, of course, would be the norm. Family Auto Care's motto is ""We treat you like family"". Not the kind of family that gets on your nerves, or makes your life miserable, but the kind of family that really wants you to be happy, and they'll do whatever they can to make that happen for you.
I purchased a 16-year old Jeep Grand Cherokee from a 19-year old who said that the truck would only need a ""few"" things. All of which would only cost me less than $100. Needless to say, this young man's assessment was as wrong as a cockroach mating with a hummingbird.
Now, I found FAC when I was searching for car alarms; little did I know that I would be needing them for more pressing and urgent matters.
I have to say that the guys, Jason and Billie, are the salt of the earth. Gouging is not a word in their vernacular as they're only interested in offering customers the best deal and the best service!
I am beyond happy that I decided to give them a call, for I know if I hadn't, my bank account would be seriously in the red and not still in the black.
