The typical crowd at Fairview is a mid- to late-20's to early-30ish crowd -- good looking WASPs that are out for a good time, good drinks, etc. Lots of Banana Republic, Gap and Brooks Brothers clothing going on, but people are generally nice and fun-loving.
Karaoke nights are lots of fun (Saturday) and on Monday nights, a great band featuring Charlotte area vocalist Josh Garber kicks out the rock jams. They're an absolutely great band and a fun time if you're down with classic and new rock tunes... It gives you a good reason to go out and drink on a Monday!
The wait staff and bartenders do a good job as well, and the nibbles are good drinking companions. Great location as well; easy parking.
