Lee Anna Carpenter has been my hairstylist for over 20 years and I've never been happier. She's not only an extremely talented master haircutter, she loves doing what she does. I wish every stylist had her ability to determine the best cut for your face and figure. One of her main concerns is making sure that your hair is in the best condition that it can be so that you look and feel beautiful. If you're looking for a great stylist, look no further. I am not sure that I know enough adjectives (without using a thesaurus!) to describe the pampering and indulgent treatment one receives when you walk into Faces Etc. The friendly and professional staff is there to please the client in her (or his) every whim. The salon’s multitude of reasonably priced services are offered for those who prefer not to run “hither and yon” for a complete spa experience. I have had a standing monthly appointment for the last eight years with Lee Anna for a color, cut, and style. Her years of experience and expertise have gently guided me into hair styles and color that I never would have considered, but absolutely love. Lee Anna is an artist in every sense. more

For about 8 - 10 years the beauty care specialists at FACES Beauty Salon have been working (it's not easy!) to make me as beautiful as possible. Faces is a full-service salon offering hair care, skin care, massage therapy, and permanent makeup. Everyone there has shown me maximum professionalism and sweet humaness for all these many years. It all began with Lee Anna who transforms my hair into a stylish frame for my face - and that's not an easy task, either - and she has always done it joyfully. From there I expanded out to receive beauty care from all the others at the salon, and their dedication and my loyalty has only increased over the years. From the time we set the appointment until when I'm walking out the door, the Faces family of beautycare professionals makes me feel and look beautiful. They are all sweet and good people and I recommend Faces Beauty Salon to all my friends. more

I visited this spa for the first time in June and was very pleased with the knowledge the therapist had. I had concerns about my elbow area and mentioned it to her before the massage. She remembered during the massage and worked on the area, since then the pain has been less. I also, enjoyed relaxing while getting my massage often the therapist talks to you to find out about you, well she allowed me to relax with very little conversation, It was very peaceful and a great experience. I am going back this month. more

Faces had put out what was essentially a pre-paid coupon for different salon services. When I'd call for an appointment there were apts available until I told them I had this pre paid card for services. The final straw was when I went in for a hair trim. Everything was fine as leanna started the shampooing, friendly, until she found out about the pre paid card. I was sat in the chair and she called her next client and asked if they could come early, 10 minutes would be fine. I was horrified and told her I didn't want a rush job. She spent about 3 minutes cutting my hair complaining that now she had to work until 7 because I hadn't told her about the card when I'd booked, I needed to have more respect for her, there were rules. My hair looked worse leaving than it had coming in. I'd been initially happy that I'd thought I'd found a closer spa offering services I buy at Sona, and a few more, but not once was I ever greeted with excitement at having a new customer- it was a , "oh, you're one of those..." - and it wasn't a free card- I had pre paid for the services! I'll never go back and recommend no one else does either. If you want relaxation this is NOT the place. Pros: Has a lot of services Cons: Made me feel unwelcome more

Anna Ketchum, thank you for making me beautiful on our wedding day! Ok, now that that's out of the way, a little more about my experiences... I heard about Anna, an airbrush artist, through a friend, who'd heard through a friend. Being desperate for an airbrush artist close to the wedding location, I gave her a call. She responded quickly, and the following week I was in for a trial run. Anna was incredibly friendly, charming, and worked with me as much as I wanted so we could work out every aspect of the make up. I was so pleased with her work that I booked her for the wedding on the spot. Needless to say, she did the same AMAZING job on the wedding day as she'd done on the trial run. With all the things that went wrong on the wedding day, I was so happy I at least LOOKED good, all thanks to Anna. I have not personally dealt with anyone else in the salon, but I've always been greeted kindly, and I've had nothing but friendly exchanges with the other ladies who work here. I HIGHLY reccomend Anna, and, for that matter, anyone at the shop. Thanks again! more
