I have been a customer of Eyeglass Charlie's for many years. The customer service that I receive from Monique is, as always, the ""BEST"". She always listens to my vision needs and recommends exactly what works for me. The selection at the store is awesome and most of the frames are exclusive and when I buy something there I don't see anyone else wearing the same thing that I bought there. The selection is always new and I buy at least 3 or 4 pairs of eyeglasses/sunglasses there per year. I use prescription reading glasses, regular sunglasses and computer glasses.\r I would strongly recommend Eyeglass Charlie's to anyone who wants special treatment, exclusive designer sunglasses and attention to detail. \r Pros: Great service and selection. more

I purchased an expensive ($435) pair of ?designer? ?Italian? sunglasses from this store. When I picked them up, the lenses did not fit properly in the frames, but were bowed out. I was told this was ?normal.? In addition, the proprietor could not locate the papers and original case for the frames, so I was given a case for a different, more inexpensive, brand of frames. This leads me to question whether the frames are even authentic. \r \r Finally, I found the frames were entirely too big for my face, contrary to the advice I had received from the salesperson, who took measurements and informed me they were ?perfect.? When I re-visited the store to ask whether anything could be done, I was told ?there?s nothing we can do for you? and was treated as though I were trying to return a pair of used underwear. Avoid this store. more
