i think they are wonderful. they are doing their job and yeah you might get an not so pleasent person helping you or towing your car but they deal with VERY rude people on a daily...

Monday, 3/27/14 I get a flat tire going West on I70. Jim from Extreme Towing, stopped and changed my tire in about 5 minutes flat. He did this for free. What a great guy. Thank you Jim from Extreme Towing. more

Unfortunately I can not give this business zero stars. After towing my vehicle and causing over $800 in damages they refused to repair it stating his professional opinion was that the front bumper cover was pulled off of my vehicle because I had hit a stationary object at a high speed.Laughable. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting in their handling of wrong doings. more

If you get a woman named Cathy for customer service, do not talk to her she is rude, mean and just a horrible person. My wife drove across town to get her personal stuff out of her own car got there at 4:58(they close at 5pm) and she said thier closed and walked off. She needs to be fired! more

My parents truck was wrongfully towed today, they park in the spot DAILY, they're claiming it was a fire lane, IT""S NOT!!!!! they won't talk to my mom, they keep hanging up on her. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! more

They dont deserve to be in business 4/9/2010

They towed one of my company vehicles that was legally parked. At first they agreed to return it for an extra $154.00 then arbitrarily decided they wouldnt. The management company agreed it shouldnt have been towed and called them. They still refused. I had to go there and pay $234.00 to retrieve my vehicle. The lady at the counter was extremly rude and wouldnt even tell me her name. The trucks are obviously garbage. I have pictures of the huge oil slick it left in the street in front of the house. more

Did A Great Job 10/30/2008

I was broke down on I 25 with my 2 year old girl and 4 year old boy. I called six different place's and all had very expensive and said would take 1 to 3 hours, one company Mirage towing said 4 hours wich is crazy. I called Extreme and they told me they would be there in 15 min. It took them 25 but it was rush hour as well. They towed my car to the dealer and only charged me $75.00 which I thought was fair. I will use them in the future. I was impressed with there truck, it looked like it was brand new. Pros: Very Quick more

Very Nice To ME!!! 10/24/2008

My car broke down called many places but no one could help me. Called Extreme and was greated very proffisonaly. They came and got me right away and only cost me $75,00. Driver was clean, nice, and very polite. I paid with Visa. Would recomend. Pros: Very Quick, nice truck more

Run away from this business! 7/17/2008

This company is a bunch of loosers! They damaged my car and lied to the insurance company. Run away and be VERY CAREFUL as they will screw you! Hopefully they go bankrupt and get what they deserve. Report this company if they screw you and make sure that you get the cops involved immediately. They are THUGS. Pros: NONE WHAT SO EVER. Cons: THUGS, LOOSERS, CHEATERS more

Despicable Business Practices 4/23/2008

This company not only takes advantage of Denverites, but they also take part in illegal practices. From towing prematurely (according to City of Denver law) to their ""cash only"" policy (tax evasion, anyone...?), they are - in a word - despicable. Cons: Mean, nasty, rude - THUGS more

Worst customer service ever, will charge an arm and leg for everything. $150 tow $100 admin fees and $27 a day outside 3/3/2008

Call about getting car out, was hung up on twice. Our car was there 2 weeks because our father was sick in another state and had to go. Got back and explained what happened no understanding. Paid the $827 in fees. Then they had the nerve to tell us that we could NOT drive our car off the lot it had to be towed out. Crazy. Finally went to drive car out and it wouldn't start so we had to pay another $50 for them to jump it because our other ride left. All I can say is watch out for these people. more
