I had a pair of vintage Famolare platform sandals that I took here to have repaired. The top of the sandal was separating form the sole of the shoe and part of the leather overlay on the strappy part of the sandal was coming unstitched from the main part of the strap. They fixed the top and the sole part from separating by gluing it together and I haven’t had any problems with that since, but they totally ignored the strappy part when I specifically pointed it out to them. Their prices seem to be about average, but it may not be worth having your shoe repaired unless it is an expensive/hard-to-find set or your favorites because it is so inexpensive to just get a new pair these days.
