Exoticar Paintworks

Simply put you should RUN from this place. They are the only game in town (Vegas) if you own a car made out of aluminum but you're better off driving to California. They did an okay job of repairing my bumper but did $1000 worth of additional damage to my paint in the process. On my second car they simply gave up and left a crappy paint job on the car. Now I have to pay someone else to fix it. Use this shop at your own risk. They talk a good game but trust me, they can't or won't deliver. more

I have read some of the posts here and I just have to say that someone must have bumped their head if they say these guys don't know or care about their customers and the repairs they are doing. ""Hot rodding a car"", I sincerely doubt it. I own 6 vehicles, each of which have been to this facility. Each and every one was repaired, cleaned and returned to me in better shape than when I bought them new. I deal with ALOT of car guys in town that own Mercedes, Lexus, Aston Martin, Lamborghini, BMW, Ferrari, Bentley and Rolls Royce and ALL of them use these guys. They either own or have the access to all the manufacturers repair guides and have the ONLY certified aluminum clean room in the valley (ask to see it, it is phenomenal), that alone should tell you something. Just call the dealers, do you think they send their cars to a fly by night shop... ummmm NO. Talk to some of the casino owners, top executives, lawyers, doctors and insurance companies and you will soon see that they all refer these guys, that is if you want your car fixed correctly. They are not the ""save your deductible"" type shop and they don't do stuff for free, but then most true professionals don't. So if you have a exotic or luxury vehicle, save yourself they headache later on if you go to turn or trade it in and find out that the repairs were not done like the factory, use these guys. By the way, they will fix other types of cars and do not treat you any differently. The owner Mike and his assistant Jim sat down and talked with me many times like I was part of the family. I am a business person and I know you can't make eveyone happy, but I will say without hesitation that these guys have always been fair, polite, professional and have always exceeded my expectations. more

Terrible. Horrid. Embarrassing. \r \r These are the words that describe Exoticar. I should have taken it to Maaco. \r \r I have a yellow BMW M3, that was involved in a fender bender. My passenger fender had to be replaced along with my front bumper, passenger headlight, passenger turn signal, and passenger side blinker.\r \r The paint was cheap. It's now chipping on the highway easily. The didn't even bother sanding down the rock chips on the hood before painting. They didn't adjust my hood correctly. \r \r I argued with them consistently, but to no avail. \r \r On top of that. Upon picking up my car, I jump in, turn the ignition, and my valves are ""ticking"". My oil was lower than normal. I know this. But the only way to get the car ticking like that is to drive the car hard. Really hard. Redline shifts, and hot dogging. Basically, driving it illegally on public roads. Of course the valves adjust on their own after time, but they were ticking hard. I brought that up to them and of course they denied it.\r \r To summarize:\r \r - They use cheap paint\r - Little to no prep work\r - Will take your car and joy ride it without your consent\r - Are rude, and don't care\r \r I know plenty of car clubs in Vegas, and I tell EVERYONE about my experience with Exoticar! EVERYONE! I'm on a mission to tarnish their name! They are horrible and people need to know this!! more

I cannot tell you how grateful I am for the work they do. They have repaired my old BMW M roadster, My old SL55 and my SL63.\r \r You cannot tell any difference from the original factory work.\r \r I highly recommend them for any accident related repair work. more

These guys were recomended to me as the best. In the end, they were rude, discourteous and did a really bad job on my brand new car. It came back to me with to two major systems they replaced still not working (paring assist and headlights). The paintjob was flawed. The parts were put back together badly so that they look off center and skewed. Nothing that they did was done right. Moreover, the job took twice as long as they said it would because they ordered the wrong parts. If you care about your car, don't take it here. Pros: None I can think of. Cons: Bad Location, Bad Service, Rude, Returned a Broken Car to me. more

Excellent work. Time was not a concern of mine, since the quality was more important to me. I have had Exoticar Paintworks Inc. work on 3 of my vehicles. All came back to me in pristine condition.
