We had a great experience at Evans. In fact, we had come from another dealer that day where we were not helped, due to our salesperson not being there. So we decided to take a trip to Evans, since it was not too far away. We were happy to be met by Dan who greeted us and listened to our needs. We were in the market for an X3 and there was one on the lot. We took it for a drive and discussed the pros and cons, and other options. We ended up buying it that day. The car was for our daughter and she is enjoying it and is now ready for the Cleveland weather. We'll give Dan a 5 and thanks for a great experience. Jackie more

I was well satisfied with your service and the fact that you were able to deal with me on a somewhat unorthodox sale. I called from out of state to buy the car; you were able to put the deal through and hold off on some of the details until I returned to Ohio. I found everything in order during the purchase; the car was missing some equipment (mats) from when I initially looked at the car, but you found some in parts and ordered the rear mat immediately. i have to tell you after all i have been through in the last three yrs including a divorce and loosing all my retirement savings and having not so good a credit rating the folks at Evans Motorworks took care of me specially a particular salesman by the name of Jim Hilt they treated me with respect and dignity the way a customer should be treated regardless of their financial situation and i drove off in a BMW used car but with full warranty and all the perks that come with owning a BMW how does that happen you ask well a better question would be how can you get a quality used or new automobile at a decent interest rate and enjoy life. I am telling you if you go to any of these other dealerships you are out of your mind specially if you are on a set income and your credit is less than perfect more

FRAUD. There vehicle are not to BMW certification I went into the used cars side of EVANS motorworks ""fraud"" to buy a BMW. They showed me a car that had a check service light and had scratches all over the vehicle. It looked like the car was in a accident and they did not detail the vehicle. I liked the price on the car and they explained to me the car was not going to be fixed. they would not clean the car. they then called me and told me the cars computer was damaged and only if I bought the car they would fix the car. I said make sure you state that before we sign. We are getting ready to sign on the car and they raised the cars price $1000 without tell us right before we were about to sign. They said they were not going to document anything and fix the engine check light. Its not there problem they stated. They told me to take the car to another dealer to get it fixed. TALK ABOUT FRAUD **note this my interpretation of what occurred but realize this would never happen at Voss BMW. Also note There finance guy does not even have a college degree. He did not even go to college he is 22. He changes prices on you verbally then what is actually stated. Make you believe you are getting it for the right price but really he is adding $1000 and making you sign documents. DO NOT GO HERE more

upon calling the service manager to find out how to reset the service engine light that comes on when you need an oil change he replied ""i don't know the techs take care of that"" i asked him if he would be kind enough to ask a tech and he said ""no they were all busy"". the only reason I didn't have my car serviced at evans is because I was out of town and needed to get it done at a local lube center. but after getting the snobbish reply from the service manager I will never pay $110 for a service at there business again. more

I had the best service person at Frank Z Imports BMW that I ever had. He was right on top of everything pertaining to my car and took care of my concerns. That is what I call quality customer service. I highly recommend Frank Z Imports on Poe Avenue. I am speaking from experience. I took a car to Fort Wayne BMW and the quality of service there doesn't compare to Frank Z. more
