Finding the right place to take your car to have work done is like taking your child to the best doctor. We have an AUDI and it is very expensive to take it to the dealership to have any work done on it. We decided to try Eurotech as a less expensive alternative. We left the car there and after 2 days we still did not hear from them,We called and then we were told to go there and talk to them. When you call in the morning you get an answering machine all the time, very difficult to get them on the phone, when you finally talk to someone and they take a message, they never call you back. Staying without news when money are involved ,is one of the worst exeperiences. After paying 1500 dollars we took the car back only to have the same problem appear again. This time we knew better and we took the car witout trying to call. After 2 days we still did not have any news. When I called and asked if the car is fixed, the owner's wife told me to go there and find out. She could not tell me on the phone or let me talk to the mechanic. We drove there just to be told that they are not sure what is wrong. If I did not call, I wonder how long would it have taken them to call me and let me know. We took the car back and as we were leaving the owner yelled after us:"You will be back again in three days." Never again, Euro tech. Since then we took the car to the dealership and the problem was fixed after 3 days. They gave us a loaner car and called us with regular updates on what parts they are fixing and the charges. Sometimes cheaper means you are not getting your money worthed. The saying is really true: "You get what you pay for."
