I have brought my car to Eurotech for years. I know I can trust them. They save me money while doing what's best for my car. They have driven me back to work and gone out of their way to accomodate me. I have built a relationship and will never go anywhere else. more

Best Euro Shop in Atlanta 11/19/2009

I've been going to this shop for about 7 years. Brian and crew are top notch guys. I've had them build a couple track cars for me and do general tuning/work on my daily VW/Audi's. Unlike dealers EPG won't rip you off. Brian is the type of guy... one time they had to keep my car an extra day he gave me one of his personal cars to drive around. EPG also supports local grassroots motorsports here in Atlanta. This shop is total class. Pros: Knowledgable Techs, Good Pricing, Great Tuning!!! Cons: no cons, they take care of their customers more

I used to be on good terms with everyone there, known the technicians (Ryan and Chris) for quite a bit now and they are really good intelligent guys and technicians. I was going to work there myself but was offered a higher pay at my current job so I decided to stay. Brian (who menages the shop) was not happy with that and started telling people that I do poor job when he saw a car that came out of my work, automatically assuming that everything that was wrong with it were my mistakes. He also tells lies about Ryan, who works at Precision Rebuilders now, and is one of the best VW/AUDI technicians I know. Will never deal with eurotech again. Pros: *** Cons: *** more

Amazing techs and poor management, can u say side jobs please! Brian the owner has a website that has been under construction for 10 years...so you can tell he is really on top of things and what with having to call 15 times before someone answers is really a testament to his due dilligence. Still this is all easily overlooked after having one of the 2 techs there actually perform professional work...too bad they won't last long in such a terribly managed shop with an owner who does not realize who makes him his money more

Amatuer at best... 5/25/2009

Where to start; unorganized, hard to reach by phone, attitude when someone finally answers, unless you are fortunate enough to talk to one of the technicians. The quality of work is very good, but not worth having to deal with the owner/secretary. There are many alternatives to this shop. A good friend of mine works there and I've heard about the way things really work. Very disappointing! Seems like the techs do all the work and the owner acts like he's the one doing it all. Pretty full of himself. I'm not even sure if he can work on cars...maybe a brake job? Seems as though the techs get the raw end of the deal. more

Finding the right place to take your car to have work done is like taking your child to the best doctor. We have an AUDI and it is very expensive to take it to the dealership to have any work done on it. We decided to try Eurotech as a less expensive alternative. We left the car there and after 2 days we still did not hear from them,We called and then we were told to go there and talk to them. When you call in the morning you get an answering machine all the time, very difficult to get them on the phone, when you finally talk to someone and they take a message, they never call you back. Staying without news when money are involved ,is one of the worst exeperiences. After paying 1500 dollars we took the car back only to have the same problem appear again. This time we knew better and we took the car witout trying to call. After 2 days we still did not have any news. When I called and asked if the car is fixed, the owner's wife told me to go there and find out. She could not tell me on the phone or let me talk to the mechanic. We drove there just to be told that they are not sure what is wrong. If I did not call, I wonder how long would it have taken them to call me and let me know. We took the car back and as we were leaving the owner yelled after us:"You will be back again in three days." Never again, Euro tech. Since then we took the car to the dealership and the problem was fixed after 3 days. They gave us a loaner car and called us with regular updates on what parts they are fixing and the charges. Sometimes cheaper means you are not getting your money worthed. The saying is really true: "You get what you pay for." more
