I called this salon in order to receive a quick appointment to cut my hair. The receptionist was very friendly, and I was able to receive a same day appointment. However, after I was quoted a certain price, I was not told that price was based on average hair length. After I received a great cut, I was told that my price was now $20 over my original quote because my hair was long. I was upset because I did not receive a dramatic cut, I just got a trim with layers. I was not happy. However, the cut was nice and the staff was nice. I don't know if I will frequent this salon again.
