A real pleaseure 8/18/2010

They did a get job. At first I thought that they were out to pad the bill, but after talking to the service techs I found that they did a fantastic job inspecting my car before doing any work. They told me about things that were very cheap to repair, but a lot more serious than what I brought the car in for. Nice clean operation... I would recommend these folk to friends and family. more

The last time I heard of service like this was in an old story my dad was telling!! It is a leap of faith these days to trust mechanics and auto shops however Steve and the gang bring us all new hope. I was passing through Eureka (fr Canada) on a schedule when my truck started making some scary sounds. Eureka Auto had me in and diagnosed within 20min, the repair charge (I later confirmed by a mechanic friend back home) WAS CHEAPER THEN EXPECTED (and that is even with the US dollar being worth more then Canadian!). AND after leaving the shop and evening settling in I realized that a burnt out dash light that i had been avoiding changing for the last year due to the incredible pain in the $#%* it is to get in there HAD BEEN CHANGED FOR ME AT NO CHARGE- and with no boasting, simply FOR SERVICE! Back like in the days when my dad had no shoes and the snow was...well you get the picture. Thank you Eureka Auto for making me believe again that people do care about their customers and the days more

Simply the Best 11/4/2008

I have been a customer at Eureka Brake and Automotive for over 12 years. I can count on Steve ,Lacee and the Crew at Eureka Brake.They should be very proud of the business they have cultivated and the numerous customers like me who feel and are treated like family.All the employees are honest and courteous in helping me to access which maintenance service or repair is right for my cars. I also,buy all my tires there.The Service Technicians are kept up to date on the latest bulletins from all the auto manufactures,and know my Volvo cars inside and out. My cars are always returned cleaner than when they arrived.My 3 adult children also use Eureka Brake & Automotive for their car needs. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for Honest,Professional,and Friendly auto service at competitive prices. AAA Approved,Shuttle Service,Loaner Cars,and monthly Service Specials,these guys are doing it Right. more

Very fast, great service, great prices! 9/20/2005

Whenever we need break work or an oil change we go here. They're so fast, often getting our cars done the same day we call. They have great parking as well, being located in old town. PROS: great service, great prices, very FAST CONS: none more
