Atlanta's Best Pan Asian Food 11/13/2010

We go to this restaurant about once a month. It's our favorite of all the restaurants we've tried in Atlanta in the last 20 years. Wonderful service, great food, spectacular presentation. Always a treat to dine here. Don't miss the crystal shrimp dumplings, bacon wrapped shrimp, salmon, coconut prawns, scallop entree. Tofu soup is also good if you like hot and spicy. Nice wine list. more

AMAZING 6/2/2009

I had the items on the Prix Fix menu and it was absolutely amazing. Every bite was so delicious. I especially liked the coconut shrimp appetizer. So good. I highly recommend!! Pros: Ambiance, FOOD! more

pretty place 10/20/2008

My boyfriend and I went here for our anniversary. It was on a Monday night, so the service was very prompt. The atmosphere was romantic and there was nice jazz playing. My chicken was good-it took me a minute to get used to the flavor but then I enjoyed it. My boyfriend had the lamb and I highly recommend that. He loved the lamp and plans on coming back just for it! The prices were reasonable and we had an appetizer, 2 entrees, 1 glass of wine each, and 1 mango martini total $70. That martini was powerful-more martini than mango! Overall, it was quite enjoyable and we got to meet the owner who was very nice. I probably wouldn't go again unless it was for the lamb because I don't eat most of the stuff on there. So if you're a picky eater I wouldn't recommend it. Pros: ambience, service, exotic menu Cons: hard to find the parking lot, too exotic menu more

Absolutly Fantastic Pan Asian / Pacific Rim 5/24/2008

ABSOLUTLY FANTASTIC. Growing up in the restaurant business, an avid gourmet food lover and preparer I can assure you this is one of the best ?fusions? of taste you?ll experience. The entire experience from the dishes that make your taste buds explode to how the coffee was served will be an absolute delight. Eurasia is as good as or even better than Roy?s in Hawaii and the top ?Fusion? / ?Pan Asian?/ ?Pacific-Rim? restaurants around but at a fraction of the cost. The BIG plus ? wonderful, friendly, and enjoyable staff that will make you laugh and feel like part of the family. Make sure you ask for William. Pros: EVERYTHING and a great price more

Wonderful ambiance, good creative food 2/18/2008

We've been to Eurasia many times and have always enjoyed the ambiance, the music, and (above all) the food. The chef is very creative, creating the kind of fusion that the name implies. The decor, lighting, and music accentuate this fusion. Even the choice of bowls and plates (different for every dish) contributes to the feel. Eurasia makes a great romantic night out. Pros: Great food that will surprise you; wonderful ambiance Cons: A little pricey, but worth it more

So glad we decided to come here 8/28/2007

We decided to patronize this restaurant despite the last review dated 3/3/1/07, and we are so-o-o glad we did!!! We were seated promptly. The waiter gave us some recommendations, and they were all winners. The service was fabulous - we were in a rush and we had no problem getting out of there within an hour. Three of us ordered the stripe bass and one of us ordered the duck. they were all good. the spring rolls with the Thai sauce was outstanding. The price was very reasonable, entrees came with very generous portions. No doubt we'll be back. Oh, if you go call them and ask about parking. They told us they are in the midst of renting some parking space in a nearby lot so that their customers can park for free. Bon Appetit. Pros: Good food, good service, price was reasonable, portions were generous Cons: none noted more

Worst service in Atlanta 3/31/2007

Food took over one hour to arrive for the first diner, an hour and half for the last in the party (they gave us several excuses). Pros: nice location and decent atmosphere Cons: service, food, price more

AMAZING!!! 6/15/2006

My husband & I didn't know where or what we wanted for dinner, but we knew we didn't want to drive. We stopped at one place (Cafe Lily) and went inside to check out the menu - we weren't in the mood for what they had so we thanked the hostess & told her we'd keep looking. She looked us up and down (as we were both in shorts & a t-shirt) and said we might be happier at the place a couple doors down - Levi's Fishhouse. That place had fried fish and french fries as the main menu item!! Even in the CitySearch description it's decribed as ""Decatur's Tackiest Restaurant"". We were pretty insulted. So we were in shorts, but we could've definately paid for the meal at the snooty place (again, CAFE LILY - we will NEVER go back). We stumbled across Eurasia - it looked a lot nicer inside than the snooty place, but the gentleman who greated us was EXTREMELY polite and sat us right away. We had no idea what we were in for.... The food was FANTASTIC!!!! The service was excellent. It's now our favorite place in Decatur!! Pros: Ambiance, Food, Wait Time more

A best kept secret in Decatur! 6/6/2005

This little restaurant I found when I business associate took me there for lunch. Since then, I have taken everyone else - co-workers, spouse, clients. The food is excellent, as is the service. I have only been for lunch and it is a great alternative to fast food and some of the other chain restaurants in the area. Pros: menu , lunch portions/value Cons: Parking more

One of the best 5/10/2005

This is definitely one of the most underrated dining experiences in Atlanta. The service is always personable and knowledgable, the food is a true balance of fusing various influences with Asian cuisine. The ambiance is always nice and never really too crowded. And just ask for dessert...when you have a tray of Tiramisu, raspberry robed Chocolate Mousse, and other confections brought right to your table...well you'll find it hard to not eat more, and *still* want to come back again later. Pros: service, food, ambiance Cons: not enough, places, like this more

You MUST Dine here! 6/29/2004

I absolutely love this place. The food is wonderfully succulent and the ambiance is energetic, yet relaxing. The only thing that may be an issue is that one waiter tried to rush us through our meal. Instead of asking if we were finished with our salads(for example) he would just walk over and remove the bowl. However, that didn't stop me from returning. I'm a patron for life! Pros: reasonably priced, good parking, wonderful location more

Delicious & Sophisticated 12/17/2003

Having been a hug fan of their sister restaurant, Northlake Thai, I had high expectations and have been delighted with my experiences. Very smooth scene, not at all pretentious. The dishes were all beautifully served. Servers thoughtfully explain dishes and flavors if you are unsure of what to order. Don't forget to start with the soups! I bring out of town guests here a lot, some of them having never tried Thai/Asian food before....and they have come away new fans! Pros: wonderful atmosphere, fabulous soup, beautiful decor Cons: parking more

Under Appreciated 10/21/2002

Why this little joint is'nt packed every night, I can't explain. I've probably had a dozen or so meals here, and every time the food and service has been impeccable. Excellent lamb, fish and steak. Nice wine list. Good value. Check it out. more

Phenomenal! 7/22/2002

As part of a dinner club that goes to different restaurants monthly, we attended this fabulous restaurant last Friday. What a wonderful experience--from the service, to the food, to the presentation, to the knowledge of the waiter, to the ambience--we could not have had enjoyed it more. more

Fantastic display and tastes even better 7/18/2002

Great from the start. Seated on time. Waiter was extremely familiar with food and wines. Dishes were much better than I anticipated. Will definitely come back again to entertain family members who appreciate good food. more

Birthday Bliss 5/29/2002

I went here for the second time, on my birthday no less (I could have chosen any restaurant in Atlanta, and decided to go here). Quickly: excellent, fresh food, the service was excellent if a little bit too attentive (I was instructed to eat my soft shelled crab while it was still crispy and leave the basil rolls for later). Overall, this is a first-rate restaurant -- for sure it is the best in Decatur, and it rivals even some of the better Atlanta establishments. Eat here eat here eat here! Pros: Fresh ingredients, Tasty!, Best in Decatur Cons: Servers too good?, $$$ Wine more
