Excellent service. Always very honest. I have known and dealt with Ernie for 30+ years with no problem. I bought equipment from his wife Nola 35 to 40 years ago and always had a fair and honest relation with her and her employer. Ernie died and the siblings now run the station. We have taken our cars here for a year. They are so honest and provide cheap, quick fixes so we can save up for the big fixes. The inspections and other services are no hassle. They even drive me and the kids in their car seats back home several miles away. I highly recommend them to everyone! more

We have had service on both of our cars at Ernie Lee's Service Center in Raleigh, NC. They have good no-nonsense service, and they are very affordable. Also, they offer great prices on tires. I recommend them! more

Took my car there for new brakes, just wanted brake pads but they said the price was over $100.00 and that they would "turn the rotors" and that was included in the price. End result - a terrible job. The brakes when used vibrated the whole front end and was just awful. I took the vehicle back 2 times to have them check their work and they suggested a couple of things that cost an additional $20 each time. Finally I just gave up and drove the car as it was for a couple of years until I took it to a REAL repair shop and they fixed the problem right away. I suspect they either did not "turn the rotors" as they said they would, or just screwed up the job and would not take responsibility. Later I learned that they had had their ABC license revoked for price gouging on ice during Hurricane Floyd. I'll never buy from them again. more

The Ernie Lee Service Center is an all right Service Station. I have never had bad dealings with any of the employees. The service station has been around for a long time. It's not located in a conv. location, it's a bit out in the country. He also sells used cars at a cheap price. PROS: Nice, friendly CONS: I have nothing bad to say. more
