If you feel like getting screwed then this is the dealer for you! I was a repeat customer and used their service department since 2003. I am not sure what caused the complete 180; maybe they are closing or selling the dealership who knows. Here is my recent experience with this dealership. In February I traded in a 2006 Pontiac and bought a new 2009 G8. They didn?t pay off the loan on 2006 in a timely fashion and I ended up paying an additional car payment. When they did pay off the loan they didn?t pay the agreed amount per the sales contract. So I am currently out of pocket over $600 and no one will return my calls. Did I mention that I still don?t have my registration or plates?
