wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I The office staff is very rude and won't have the courtesy to listen to any requests or complains; they hang up the phone on you instead.
Cops have to constantly patrol the entire complex day and night, since drugs an crime are not uncommon. The buildings are filthy, light bulls get stolen and are not replaced for months. I have live here since 2005 back when this was a nice place but now it has degraded severely and could easily be mistaken by a project. The second floor of my building caught fire a month after I bought my condo and moved in; Now, the unit is still vacant and there is no sight of anyone fixing the unit, or the issues the fired caused. And let me not forget to mention an entire building that was flooded from top to bottom. Its been almost two years and the place is still damaged and empty. It is now used for storage as you can see though the windows. The place honestly looks like it was hit by a hurricane. There is a tanning bed which I have never been able to use. It has been broken since I moved in because someone cut off the power cord. I could give you many more reasons not to move into equestrian parc, but I'll never finish, the lists is endless THINK BEFORE YOU MOVE TO EQUESTRIAN PARC!!!!! So for all of you people who have had the task of dealing with these ding lings there calling management here is the info to the the management company the runs the place and also the company that owns the property
eaglerealtygroup (management AKA mismanagement company lol ) who is paid by these guys to run it and there very nice and would love to hear from you about your problems there Florida Limited Partnership
