They are quick and know their stuff. There are lots of designer frames and they offer lindberg. I had never heard of this brand but they looked amazing. I constantly get compliments about my glasses and I have their recommendation to thank. more

My co-worker recommended Envision Eye Care to me and I have been thanking her ever since. The staff was most helpful when it came to choosing glasses. They even called in the frame seller so I can see the entire collection before making my decision. I had a lot of problem with my first transitional lenses, but when I put my new glasses on, it was like Oh My God! I could see far AND read small prints so much easier! I have been coming to Envision for years and have always been happy UNTIL NOW! i AM VERY FRUSTRATED AT THE LENGTH OF TIME IT IS TAKING TO GET MY GLASSES! I had my eyes examined over two weeks ago I picked out my frames PAYED and was told it might take up to a week and a half to get My glasses. I went in yesterday (past the week and a half) and was told my glasses were on back-order. How can that be since I picked out the frames at ENVISION? I inquired why did they not send in the frames from their shop IMMEDIATELY and was told ""uh........we will."" There wasn't even a ""I am sorry, we messed up."" My question is why did they not do it before? And the worse thing is I turned in my other glasses to be repaired (which I bought at ENVISION this is the second time the temple has broken off) thinking my new glasses would be arriving any day... NOW I am stuck with only a pair of prescription sunglasse to see and I have an important event to attend tonight WITH NO GLASSES! The staff really needs to work on follow through, meaning getting the patient their glasses in a prompt manner !!!!!!!! more

I came to ENVISION after a not very good experience at another place. I have a tough problem with astygmatism nearsightedness and far sightedness and wear gas perm contacts. They did a great job helping me find the right combination of near and far vision. We ended up going through three sets of lens before I was happy. They were always really nice and concerned that my lens really work for me. I don't think most places would have had the patience. My glasses also tuned out great. Great place. more

Great practice. They have a very broad selection and some very unique glasses. I happened to choose one of these pairs of glasses. After getting my glasses for a couple of days, I just didnt like the way the looked on me. I decided to call and ask what my options were, thinking I had nothing to lose. Pros: Customer Service more

Got everything I wanted and needed with a smile. I could never find comfortable contacts before. The doctor there was extremely knowldegable and flexible, allowing me to try several different pairs of contacts until I found a perfect pair. After 20 years with glasses I can finally wear contacts! I recently moved to Houston and went to Envision for a contact lens exam. The staff was friendly and very helpful in looking up my insurance benefit. The doctor was very nice and thorough. After updating my contact lens prescription, I was asked if I wanted them to order the contacts for me or if I wanted to order from somewhere else. Because my insurance does not cover contacts, I asked for the prescription, and had no problem getting my contacts online at all. My prescription expires after one year, so the previous reviewer must have wanted some different contacts or he wouldn't need to call Envision to find out that he needed a refitting. I am going back there again next year, and highly recommend that you give Envision a visit. Pros: Good location, friendly staff, thorough doctor more

I had an eye exam in May 2008, about 7 or 8 months ago. The service was fine, the doctor was very nice, everyone was great. HOWEVER, today I attempted to order contacts from 1-800-Contacts with my VALID prescription, but the crooks at Envision refuse to authorize my order because ""I need to come in for a refitting."" Really? Less than a year after I had a complete eye exam? That is extremely inconvienent, not to mention an unneccessary expense. Pros: friendly staff Cons: GREEDY more

I really liked Envision Eye Care. When I made my appointment, it was one of the few places that was open after 5pm and on Saturday. I was even a bit late for my appointment, and the staff said it was no problem. The staff was very helpful in giving me opinions on which glasses to purchase. The optometrist was very nice and walked me through each procedure she was doing, so there were no surprises. I really enjoyed my experience.
