The entire Environment Masters staff is dedicated to looking after my needs (even when I forget to). And, always in a pleasant, effective manner. If Amy H, has you on her customer list, you will be taken care of promptly as is the case with all of the other office staff. They are not just any service company...., they become family, ready when you are in need and always delivering quality service. Environment Masters was recommended to me, and, now, and after years of great service, I recommend them to you!! more

Great Professional Service 7/30/2018

Technician did an amazing job. Professional and knowledgeable about the installation. Cleaned up the work area. Technician installed a split unit in therapy room of a nursing center and was very respectful with each person he came in contact with. I will ALWAYS recommend this company. more

I had air conditioner replaced and want to share what a fantastic job Marcus and Josh did ! They were on the job early and finished in record time, very knowledgeable and efficient, extremely friendly and polite, careful to clean up all debris, and answered all questions with ease and competence. I highly recommend using Environment Masters - they have super employees and especially these guys. more

TM did an excellent job and was very personably. He diagnosed the problem quick and had the necessary replacement parts on his truck. He had us back up and running in a hurry. I will use Environment Masters again and will suggest them to anyone. more

Great maintenance visit by Waylon Martin 7/5/2018

Environment Masters as a whole has been helpful and knowledgeable in their service visits. Most recently, Waylon visited to perform a seasonal maintenance check. He did a great job and was very friendly. I'd recommend these guys to anyone who needs HVAC help. more

My review title is a direct quote from the service representative, Josh Rodgers, who arrived this morning to perform a seasonal check-up on my air conditioning system. My experience with this company, and in the experiences of my friends, a neighbor and a commercial entity to whom I referred Environment Masters, has repeatedly exemplified the customer service policy so simply put. And I am happy. Each experience with the company, whether routine check-up or an after hours repair (a true emergency because Huskies and summer heat do not do well together) has been executed promptly, professionally and effectively. I recommend that you give them a call next time you need AC/heating work. more
