In July 2011, I purchased a 2008 Chrysler PT Cruiser from Enterprise Car Sales. The next day I was back because the car was jumping and not blowing out air while the car was sitting. Rick; the manager and Dinka the sales person told me to keep it on a certain setting. The next week, I called again and I was sent to someone who told me that it is a 4 cylinder and they do that kind of thing. Well the next week, you could hear my brakes a mile away. Upon taking it to them again they sent me way out somewhere only to be told that the brakes are fine. Well, I had 4 cylinders and none of them ever jumped when I turned the air and acted like it wanted to shut down. Now May of 2012, my car smokes and the air won't work. I call Rick only to be told that my warranty is no longer valid and the only thing they can do for me is to send me to one of their people and receive a discount. I didn't pay over 11,000 for a car to have the air go out. I bought the car late July, so I didn't have a full summer and now this year, I am without air again. I got this car because my great running Dodge Caravan (2000) had no air. I replaced the air conditioning compresser clutch unit and fan on the fan to have it go out the next year. Now, I am faced with the same problem again for a car I had for less than a year. Funny, I only paid 5,000 + for the van, it was 11 years old and I had it for 6 before the air went out and 7 before trading it. This PT Cruiser is only 4 years old and I've had it for 9 months before the air stopped working. I don't have money to throw down the toilet like that. I have also warned some people about not buying from Enterprise. They are already in trouble for renting cars needing recalled parts to customers only for them to break down. MY WIFE AND I PURCHASED A 2007 PONTIAC GPS BETTER KNOWN AS A G-6,WHEN PURCHASED WE WERE TREATED LIKE ROYALTY,THEY PROMISED TO FIX SOME DINGS IN THE CAR AND REPAIR THE TOP WHICH OPENS ALL THE WAY AND REPLACE THE TIRES ALSO THE BRAKE ROTORS WERE VERY BAD AND WOBBLED WHEN YOU APPLIED THE BRAKES SUDDENLY,BOTH KEY DOOR OPENERS WERE BAD. THEY DID FIX THE DINGS AND MADE AN ATTEMPT TO REPLACE THE ALARM KEY PADS,HOWEVER MINE NEVER DID WORK AND THEY NEVER BOTHERED TO DO ANYTHING WITH THE ROTORS OR BRAKES THE TOP SQUEEKED VERY BAD WHEN OPENING AND CLOSEING THEY DID OIL IT AND IT WORKED OK FOR ABOUT A WEEK,THEN STARTED SQEEKING AGAIN,THE ROTORS HAVE GOTTEN SO BAD i'M GOING TO HAVE TO BUY NEW ONES TO REPLACE THE OLD ONES AND AS FAR AS THE TIRES GO I HAD TO RPLACE THEM WITHIN A MONTH THEY WERE DOWN TO THE WIRES SHOWING THROUGH,I CALLED RAY THE MANAGER AND ADVISED HIM AND HE TOLD ME HE WOULD CALL ME BACK HOWEVER TO THIS DATE HE HAS NOT AND WHEN I CALL AND TELL WHO I'M HE NEVER COME TO THE PHONE OR SOMEONE WILL PICKUP AND SAY HES ON A TEST DRIVE,THE SALESMEN WHOM SEALED THE DEAL TOLD ME TO BRING MY KEY PAD DOWN AND HE WOULD FIX IT BUT IT WAS UNFIXABLE I TOOK IT TO A DEALER AND THEY INFORMED ME OF THIS,SO SO COUNTY ENTERPRIZE HAS REPEATEDLY LIED AND NOT FOLLOWED THROGH ON ANY THING THEY PROMISED,WE REALLY LOVE THE CAR OR I WOULD TRY TO TRADE IT OFF AS JUNK,BUT WE KEEP PUTTING MONEY AFTER MONEY IN IT,MY WIFE IS ABOUT THE ONLY ONE WHOM DRIVES IT AND I FEEL VERY UNSAFE FOR HER UNTIL I PURCHASE THE NEW BRAKES AND ROTORS,THE ONLY THING THAT HAS HAPPENED IS THAT THREE OTHER PEOPLE HAVE ASKED MY OPINION ABOUT THEM AND I KNOW I HAVE COST THEM THREE SALES ONE BEING MY EX WIFE WHOM BOUGHT A JEEP FROM THEM BEFORE AND I PLAN OD SPREADING THE BAD NEWS THAT ALTHOUGH ENTERPRIZE PROBABLY IS A GREAT CAR RENTER THEIR USED CAR SALESMEN ARE A PBUNCH OF LIARS AND CHEATS BY NOT KEEPING THEIR WORD ON ANYTHING THEY HAD SAID OR ROMISED MY SON WAS GOING DOWN THER INSTEAD I SENT HIM TO BOB BROCKLAND AND HE BOUGHT A BRAND NEW 39,000 GMC PICKUPSO I KNOW I HAVE KNOCKED THEM OUT OF THREE SALES AND I MIGHT BE JUST ONE MAN BUT I DO KNOW A LOT OF PEOPLE AND PLAN ON TELLING EVERYONEABOUT THESE LOW LIFES,NO MORE BUSINESS FOR YOU CLOWNS FROM ME OR ANYONE I GET A CHANCE TO TELL more
