Never had a problem renting from this location. I never rent from another agency. This downtown location has the best customer service ever. Have rented cars for years, and they go out of their way to help me several times a year. FIVE STAR SERVICE more

would rather walk than ever rent a car from here again. 4/15/2011

I drive a very small vehicle perfect for my location on the East side, where as most know it is extremely difficult to find parking. I went to Enterprise while my little go kart was getting fixed, and they tried to stick me in a minivan. Not happening. After an hour of waiting, I was able to get a car comparable to my own. more
