I came to Endodntic associates for my root canal and I'm so happy that I did! Everybody from the front desk to my asisstant was incredibly nice! Dr. Kasem was so gentle. If I ever need another one, I'm definetly coming back! more

I was told by my general dentist that I needed to get a root canal and I was terrified. I made an appointment with Dr. Kasem and I was very impressed to say the least. The staff was very polite and professional from the second I walked into the office. Dr. Kasem took the time to explain to me why I needed the root canal and assured me it was going to be painless. Sure enough, it was! I had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend Dr. Kasem to anyone! He did a wonderful job. more

Dr. Kasem is FABULOUS!!!! I am a very nervous dental patient from a previous bad experience. Dr. Kasem and his staff put me at ease from the very beginning, from the first call to make that appointment to the completion of my very first root canal! The procedure was completely painless. Total WOW factor from first call to the follow up call i received the day after treatment! I had to have a root canal re-done from my days in the military. The office is calm and professional. The doctor that did my treatment was exceptional and i only wish that they did general dentistry work too. They took my insurance and called me to let me know exactlly what my co-pay would be prior to even coming in to there office when i asked. I will let everyone know that this is the place to go if you ever need a root canal. Thanks to everyone that i dealt with that day for a very positive experience . more

I had a fantastic experience with this office from beginning to end. They were completely professional and accommodating. Everything was explained to me in a way that I understood. I know the insurance can be very frustrating, but I also know they have no control over the insurance part. more

I should have read the reviews before choosing this place, seems like a great office until you get in the chair. The lack of honesty is a big problem and they don't review everything with you from the procedure to the cost. Getting a root canal can be a scary and you don't want to have to deal with the stress of this office too. There are plenty of other practices that offer a better experience. more

Lack of honesty from the doctor who instead of treating the tooth that I was pointing as aching, he told me that it was a reflex and the pain was from a different tooth.\r Sure enough, after 2 weeks of the treatment and constant pain, I went to see him again and he said that the situation on the tooth (that I originally pointed out) had deteriorated and needed to have root canal done as well. more

I came with a specific tooth ache. I told Dr Heydrich exactly what was the tooth that was aching, but he did a root canal on the tooth next to it.\r I spent the next 2 weeks on drugs to reduce the pain Vicodin and Ibuprofen. Not beeing able to cope with the pain any longer, I returned to see why I wsa in such a pain (but I new that it was the same tooth still aching). His response was that he was originally right, and that the situation had deteriorated and now I needed another root canal on the tooth that I had initially pointed out!\r It was a rip-off !!!!\r When I was leaving the office the lady in the front-desk was really concerned and wanted to make sure she had secure the payment on the first (and faulty) treatment. His assistant was visibly unconfortable during the whole appointment.\r They are very well ""trainned"".\r Piece of advice: If you don't know the doctor personally - FIND ANOTHER PLACE! more
