Dr. Bob absolutely hit the nail on the head with this one!! Took the words right out of my mouth. Emily was short, rude, and unreliable. When after 5 weeks of filing our joint petition for divorce and hearing nothing back, we called to checkup. It was then we learned that the papers were never filed!! Good thing we checked up eh? Oh I forgot to mention it took a few phone calls to get her on the phone. (never called back). When asked why it was never filed, her answer was, "" I dont really know."" We had to then go BACK and sign all the papers for a second time. If I were to refer her service to anyone, it WOULD be my closest enemy. Pros: Zero Cons: Zero customer service. more

This is the rudest and most unprofessional paralegal ever. 7/8/2009

Very short with you on the phone and in person. NO ""bedside"" manner and does not get back with you when she says she will. She is overwhelmed and does not have as great a grasp on what she does as one may think. Emily really does not care about your case and is not very responsible, timely or complete. Her office is as chaotic and disordered as she is. Working out of a van would be better surroundings than the office that she is currently in. She is cheap but that is the type of service she offers also. Buyer BEWARE!! Pros: CHEAP Cons: Poor follow up, rude, inconsiderate, impatient etc. more
