Looking for a place to start a romantic evening, look no further 6/20/2006

Located in the heart of Historic Downtown Staunton this Italian restaurant is one of my favorite. The food is always fantastic and worth the price. Wine list is terrific. The kitchen must be run by a true chef, if you don't see your favorite then ask, they might put it together for you. The desserts are wonderful. The atmosphere is superb. Casually Romantic 1/17/2005

Who would have thought that in a small town in Virginia would have such a delightfull restaurant. The ambiance was warm and romantic. The building is enormous. There are 4 functioning floors. The first two being for dining and the upper two levels are a beautifully decorated lounge. (Complete with sofas and wing-backed chairs.) I highly recommend L'italia to anyone visiting Staunton. Pros: Good Parking, Expected Cost more
